Organization for women in tech. They have awards and scholarships for girls in computer science. Check it out!

 

Girl Develop It

An organization that encourages girls to explore Computer Science. They offer many classes in coding. We highly recommend them!

 

She++

Check out their documentary about women in computer science!

 

Codeacademy

A website with many online courses teaching you how to code. They also have fun projects you can do! And the best thing about their courses, is that they are completely free :D

 

Treehouse

Another useful resource for learning languages.

 

Coursera

This website offers free online courses from top universities. While the courses are somewhat time consiming, they are high quality. Check them out!

 

Code.org

Website with all sorts of information related to learning how to code. They are promoting computer science education across the country!

It's shocking to see the disparities in employment in such a big company.
